Culture Compass is a human resources and workforce management platform that provides tools for employee management, hiring, performance tracking, document management, time tracking, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Culture Compass is offered on a subscription basis.
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Harvest or collect user data without consent.

6. Data and Content
